Erin Baldecchi comes from a career in education and is certified in Applied Positive Psychology. Her specialty is the science of happiness. The science of happiness, people! I invited Erin to be my first #WIPMondays guest because I've attended her Happy YOUniversity programs and I find the message and the exercises to be practical, accessible, and effective. I knew she would have a great #WIPMondays tip that I could do today and any day to set (or re-set) the tone for the day.

Erin had some great reading recommendations. First up is Change Your Thoughts—Change Your Life, by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer. On the fiction side is Anita Diamant's The Boston Girl, engaging historical fiction (which, during our chat, I totally forgot my book club read a few years ago and it was a big hit). I'm reading The Girl With the Louding Voice, by Abi Daré (I recommend the audio!).
